Wonderful flavor
My husband and I love the taste this wood imparts. It is great for chicken, fish and any light flavored meat that you wish to smoke. It gives the meat a delicate smoked flavor unlike mesquite or hickory. Definitely try it if you like smoked salmon or chicken.
